Here’s a shopping tip: If you are surprising Dad, measure the height of his current seat cushion and depth before shopping. If you are bringing Dad in to pick out the recliner with you (this is highly recommended), be sure, when Dad is sitting in the recliner in the upright position, his feet touch the floor as he is seated with his back up against the inside back of the recliner. This is key for maximum support and comfort for Dad.
