Cardi’s Furniture participates in and donates to many non-profit organizations and charity projects.

If you would like to submit a request and/or proposal regarding your organization, program, or event please fill out the application below. Only online applications will be accepted.

Due to the high volume of requests, only fully completed applications will be reviewed. Cardi’s Furniture & Mattresses will respond within 4 weeks, ONLY if it is approved. If you did not receive a response, unfortunately, we are not able to participate with your request at this time.
